Inland Revenue (IR) has issued this Request for Information (RFI) to gather certain information from the market regarding the availability of existing or purpose built commercial office accommodation in Tauranga. It is intended that the information gathered through this RFI will be used to inform Inland Revenue’s understanding of the range and availability of potential solutions to meet IR’s accommodation requirements.

On 16 May we issued a Request for Information (RFI) on the Government Tenders Service (GETS) website. This closed on 29 May.

Thank you to those respondents who have taken the time to provide Inland Revenue with information and respond to our clarification questions. Inland Revenue has received all of the information that it needs and this RFI is now complete.

Should Inland Revenue enter into any new lease arrangements in Hamilton and Tauranga which give rise to contract opportunities (e.g. construction works for office fit outs) then these opportunities will be advertised on GETS as appropriate.
