Inland Revenue (IR) is providing advance notice to potential respondents that it intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of systems integration and support services for its Oracle Fusion Cloud enterprise systems. The RFP is expected to be released around the end of June 2025.
IR seeks to engage a certified Oracle partner with demonstrated capability and experience across the Oracle Fusion Cloud suite, including:
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
Human Capital Management (HCM)
The selected integration and support partner will be expected to work collaboratively with a selected payroll supplier to design and implement an integrated payroll solution and support IR’s migration to the new solution. The selection of this payroll supplier is the scope of a separate procurement anticipated to commence in August and conclude in late 2025.
The selected integration and support partner will also provide strategic and operational support to help IR optimise its investment in Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring the platform remains evergreen, performing effectively, and aligned with IR’s enterprise objectives.
