Overview

Inland Revenue (IR) is seeking proposals from providers for the provision of Wi-Fi, LAN and Internet connectivity services for its sites. We are looking to identify a partner to implement a service that offers excellent Wi-Fi connectivity for devices at IR sites. The solution will offer superb service management and be based on the expectation of a long-term partnership, lasting up to 10 years.
This business critical service will be provided to about 20 offices and about 4,100 staff. Offices are a combination of IR only, IR leased but also used by other agencies, and other agencies leased but with an IR presence. IR has two categories of office worker all using Wi-Fi, Customer Service Officers (CSOs) and others. CSOs have high bandwidth needs as they use screen recording and voice calls continuously. Other staff are typical corporate users utilising a mix of cloud productivity and organisational applications and use Microsoft Teams for voice and video communications.
IR is looking for a consolidated end to end managed service. IR wants a vendor who can offer a partnering approach, and help IR maintain a high quality, fit for purpose office network solution. IR is therefore interested in a Respondent’s ability to demonstrate capability and experience in successfully delivering the proposed services to meet IR’s requirements.

This is an open tender for a Wi-Fi & Internet Solution.

Each Respondent is responsible for ensuring that its Proposal is received by us via the Cotiss tool on or before the Deadline for Proposals. We will acknowledge receipt of each Proposal.

You must submit your Proposal to us in electronic format (Microsoft Word/Excel and separate PDF versions) via Cotiss.
The listing is titled: Wi-Fi & LAN Internet Solution.
