Inland Revenue (IR) are looking for an Oracle Services Support partner, and are seeking information from vendors who are interested in learning more about IR’s support and release management model (release/sprint management, incident management, ticket management).

At this time, IR are looking for information from interested vendors on their current delivery services and service model, to gain further insight and knowledge of other practices in the market, including performance statistics associated with their current service model.

IR are seeking to understand interested vendor’s ability to adapt to IR’s model and practices, vendor’s capability, e.g. delivery model location & service construct; and get clarity on anything else the vendor needs to know about the IR model and expectations to set up a successful partnership.
