This is a Request for Information (RFI) to obtain information from the Auckland property market on commercial property specialists (including the agents or representatives of commercial property owners) who can offer up sites on the North Shore with corporate office accommodation available for occupation under a long-term lease from 2024.
Inland Revenue (IR) has a current lease on the North Shore of Auckland, and while there is still an opportunity to renew the lease, it it timely for IR to test the commercial property market to understand the availability of all sites on the North Shore that meet IR's requirements for our future workplace.
This Request for Information is not a process to select a preferred supplier. We will take the information gathered from this process to determine our next steps. It may be that a subsequent approach to the market is required - that may be an open or a closed. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate way forward, depending on what information we gather from the RFI.
This RFI is to ensure we have sufficiently canvassed the Auckland property market to identify potential options for our long-term North Shore office accommodation and the commercial property specialists who can deliver what we need.
