Inland Revenue will shortly be seeking proposals from payroll solution providers for a new payroll solution to replace its current on-premise solution.
Our minimum requirement is for a Software as a Service solution hosted on a public cloud service, however we would like to explore how much payroll activity could be done for us, also as a service.
The solution must:
• Integrate with our recently implemented Oracle Cloud ERP solution;
• Comply with all relevant New Zealand legislation;
• Utilise the NZ All of Government Common Process principles with minimum configuration and no customisation; and
• Enable us to fully transition from our current payroll solution by March 2022.
We are fully aligned with the All of Government Payroll Programme which is currently in the market identifying a range of payroll providers, services and implementers across government. We expect that the successful respondent to this RFP will be one of those pre-qualified suppliers to the All of Government Payroll panel.
