Overview
Inland Revenue is seeking a Partner that can provision, implement and then help support, manage and continuously improve the use of an evidence management system. The evidence management system must support Inland Revenue’s Legal Services team in managing information gathered where Inland Revenue may initiate or defend a civil or criminal case against a business or person. This information due to legislation relating to criminal offending in New Zealand, needs to be managed and handled in a secure manner, so that it can be demonstrated that the evidence has not been tampered with and can be presented in court if required.
