IR is seeking a Supplier who can provide a training programme for all IR people leaders to:
• Assist with prevention of mental health distress by enabling a positive, healthy work environment;
• Understand what appropriate support looks like in a workplace context when someone is struggling with mental distress; and
• Enable good social outcomes by working together to improve skills and wellbeing.
