Enterprise Support Services (ESS) is a workstream within Inland Revenue's transformation programme that supports our internal customers – our people and leaders.
ESS supports the achievement of our strategic and transformation objectives and incorporates the business capabilities that support the operation of our organisation, plus specific capabilities that set the direction and provide oversight and management of our internal activities. The scope of the business capabilities that are in scope for the ESS procurement are:
a) Human resources (including workplace health and safety);
b) Procurement;
c) Finance;
d) Enterprise asset management; and
e) Corporate functions.
The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) for an ESS solution is for Inland Revenue to gain a comprehensive understanding of the ESS market and its participants.
Inland Revenue is seeking expressions of interest from New Zealand and Australia based ESS solution providers with the capability, capacity and experience in providing an ESS software solution.
Inland Revenue is seeking responses to this EOI from Respondents:
a) who own an ESS Software as a Service (SaaS) solution and either fully or partially implement the solution; and
b) who own an ESS SaaS solution but do not implement the solution (i.e. use a partner network for solution implementation).
Responses to this EOI will be reviewed by Inland Revenue but will not be formally evaluated by Inland Revenue.
Respondents are encouraged to provide any additional information via the EOI that may be used to further refine the subsequent request for proposal.
