Inland Revenue has issued this Market Scan to gather information from the market to inform its sourcing strategies.
In accordance with Rule 13.3(e) of the Government Rules of Sourcing this Market Scan process is an opt-out procurement.
Inland Revenue is looking to accommodate approximately 152 people in 1,500 – 1,800m².
Inland Revenue is seeking general information from suppliers on the provision of short term, commercial, fit for purpose office accommodation options within the 1,500-1,800m².
This Market Scan is being released to obtain market information and is not a guarantee of a subsequent formal tender process.
It is intended that the information gathered through this Market Scan will be used to inform Inland Revenue’s understanding of the range and availability of potential solutions to meet the Business Requirements including:
 the range and availability of potential solutions;
 the size and nature of the market;
 options for procuring a potential solution; and
 factors to be considered when procuring a solution.
The information gathered during this Market Scan process will allow Inland Revenue to determine viable options and we may enter into negotiations with one or more parties based on the information submitted to this Market Scan.
Suppliers responding or intending to respond to this Market Scan are referred to as Participants in this Market Scan.
