A key component of Inland Revenue’s Business Transformation Programme is the delivery of a future state Unauthenticated Digital Experience Platform (U-DXP). This will provide the enabling capabilities to support the interactions and experiences on our unauthenticated online services (e.g. www.ird.govt.nz website).
The purpose of this Notice of Information is to provide advance notification to the market that Inland Revenue is currently reviewing its options for sourcing a Web Content Management and Integration Solution that addresses the core requirements of a Digital Experience Platform (including web content management, personalisation and enabling search engine optimisation).
In addition to this capability, Inland Revenue is also interested in potential options to purchase the services of an Integration partner and other more specific solution capabilities such as Digital asset management, On-site search and Web Analytics. We are also keen to understand any other additional capabilities that could enable the extension of the solution in the future.
Inland Revenue expects responses to any RFP to be submitted by the platform vendor with the inclusion of their recommended integration partner(s).
It is anticipated that the RFP for this Web Content Management and Integration Solution will be released on 24 November 2017 via GETs and a briefing for interested suppliers will be held shortly thereafter.
