Inland Revenue is looking for innovative and credible providers, both large and small, who have the capability, experience and technologies to deliver Advanced Analytics products and services that will help transform the way Inland Revenue receives, translates and uses information internally, locally and globally.
The use of Advanced Analytics is an emerging area for Inland Revenue and the market. Inland Revenue sees Advanced Analytics as a way to improve customer experience and would like to attract new ideas from organisations who have an offering in this broad area. To do this, Inland Revenue is looking to establish an open Panel of Providers that it can engage on an as-required basis to acquire Advanced Analytics products and / or services.
Note: The Panel will be an Open Panel and Respondents may apply to be added to the panel by submitting a Proposal (refer the Response Form) at any time throughout the life of the Contract.
This RFP will remain active on GETS, however for the establishment of initial panel members has been completed in March 2017. Future evaluations for Proposals received after March 2017 will occur (approximately) every 3 months.
