This Notice of Procurement (NoP) is one category within our Business Transformation Approved Panel (BTAP); other categories of service will be released over time. The panel is intentionally setup to run (and be open for applications) until 2024. It is important to note that this NoP has been updated as of October 2016 and that Inland Revenue no longer uses an e-tendering tool and will instead provide response templates for each category.

With this procurement we want to change how suppliers have traditionally worked with Inland Revenue in the Learning and Development space. We are looking to gain efficiencies of spend by ensuring we have an on-going relationship with suppliers who provide services to us. We also want to ensure that we have a consistent approach with interventions that are fit for purpose and delivering to our current needs whilst also supporting our future needs as we learn what these are. Our providers will form part of our overall solution and contribute to our core set of learning interventions to address common professional development needs to make filling the development gap easier.

Response Templates have been included in the attachments sections of the GETS notification. There is a response template for each category. You must complete all relevant response forms to apply for a category

All Suppliers must complete the Mandatory Conditions Template. This form should only be completed once per supplier no matter how many categories you are responding too.
