Overview
Inland Revenue requires an assessment of Inland Revenue’s current Agile capability and definition of the direction capability uplift it should take to better enable us to engage with Agile-based delivery partners.
The successful RFQ respondent will also provide advice as to the viability of adopting a common, small scale, Agile approach alongside Inland Revenue’s current core waterfall/linear delivery approach.
