Overview
We are seeking proposals from suitably qualified Contractors to undertake construction upgrade project, including demolition, asbestos removal, structural strengthening, accessibility upgrades, fire compliance works, and associated refurbishment works.
Contractors are required to construct the works in accordance with the issued drawing, specifications and contract documentation.
Contractors should be able to deliver the full scope of construction works.
