Invercargill City Council (ICC) needs recruitment partners who can provide reliable, professional and timely support across a wide range of permanent, fixed-term, temporary and specialist roles. We are looking for providers who can understand our requirements quickly, give practical market advice, source suitable candidates, assess them properly, and present strong shortlists that are well matched to the role, team and organisation.
We need providers who can work well with our People and Culture team and hiring managers, communicate clearly, manage candidate expectations, and protect ICC’s reputation as an employer. Providers may be asked to support everything from vacancy briefing and market mapping through to screening, reference checking, offer support, contractor management, reporting and post-placement follow-up.
This process is to find recruitment partners who will join our recruitment preferred suppliers list. So that ICC may choose the ideal specialist provider for any of its procurement needs. This recruitment preferred suppliers list will have no guaranteed volume of work, and ICC will have the ability to choose any provider it requires at its sole discretion.
