Overview
Invercargill City Council (ICC) invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the delivery of the New Changing Room Facilities Project at Splash Palace.
The works involve the construction of additional private individual changing cubicles and unisex toilet facilities, located outside of gender-designated changing areas, to improve inclusivity, privacy, and overall functionality within the aquatic facility.
The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, plant, supervision, coordination, and management necessary to complete the works in accordance with the issued architectural, structural, and services documentation.
