Overview
Invercargill City Council (ICC) are taking the lease for several tenancies on Level 1 of Invercargill Central.
ICC are seeking an experienced Main Contractors with a strong local presence and demonstratable track record of delivering similar commercial office work, to provide a fixed cost for the construction of the tenant fitout.
