The Council implemented in November 2020 the TechnologyOne CiAnywhere Financials module for both the Council and a number of its subsidiary organisations. At the time of the initial implementation Council purchased the licenses for a number of other CiAnywhere modules and is now in a position where it is looking to continue the journey by implementing these and other modules and continuing the development and improvement of the modules already implemented.
At present the Council has identified a number of projects that will require TechnologyOne consulting support over the next 36 months with an estimated budget of $2 million (excluding GST).
To date Council has engaged consultants on an as required basis. Council is seeking to streamline the process by creating a Panel Contract arrangement for the provision of services across the current TechnologyOne modules implemented, and those currently being considered for further implementation including implementation services as detailed in the table below.
