Invercargill City Council (ICC) requires a Contractor to carry out vegetation control works for the Housing Care Units.
ICC have a stock of 215 flats within 21 complexes throughout Invercargill which require maintenance for gardening, landscaping and vegetation control throughout the year.
The Contract term is for three years with an optional two year rollover.
Additional landscaping works outside of the annual vegetation control scope may be required, and will be provided under additional works with hourly rates to be submitted in the tender.
