This EOI is an invitation to submit an expression of interest to redevelop the Bath Street/Salisbury Street carpark.

This EOI is the first step. After evaluation of the EOIs, shortlisted respondents will be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP) process to a shortlisted group of respondents.
