Request for Proposals - Engineering and Advisory services for Taraika bulk infrastructure

Taraika is an identified Growth Area in Horowhenua. The work is for Council-owned bulk civil infrastructure assets in 3-waters, transport and key Council-managed community infrastructure (reserves, parks and sporting fields). The infrastructure head works will enable the construction of >2,500 new dwellings.

Horowhenua District Council requires design, MSQA (Management, Surveillance and Quality Assurance) and land development expertise to deliver the work.
