Overview
The existing roof has reached the end its serviceable life and is uneconomical to repair.
The purpose of this RFT is to select one contractor to manage and undertake the roof replacement and associated building works
The services being sought include the staged removal of the existing roof, completion of any remedial builders work to the roof sub-structure and the installation of a new roof covering.
