Overview

Hutt Valley District Health Board (HVDHB) is seeking information from the market in response to this Request for Information (RFI).

HVDHB Plastics Department has a requirement of replacing one (1), potentially two (2) (Binocular Operating) microscopes that are approximately 19 years old. HVDHB Plastics Department scope needs to meet minimum operating requirements for microvascular, micro neural repairs, and free tissue transfer and replantation.

The RFI documentation provides further details about our Binocular Operating Microscopes for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery requirements.

Interested suppliers who can provide information and/or solutions based on our in-scope specified requirements should consider responding.

At this stage, HVDHB is only seeking information from the market to see what solutions can be provided. Following the review of the responses to this RFI, HVDHB will, at its sole discretion, decide whether or not to re-engage the market via a competitive or closed Rfx process.

All enquires regarding this RFI must be in writing and addressed to the named representative detailed in the RFI documentation.

HVDHB will endeavour to respond in writing to any written enquires within two (2) Business Days.

Questions are encouraged, and you may request that they are kept confidential providing that they are commercially sensitive. HVDHB reserves the right to provide supplementary information to all Respondents should a confidential question highlight a point requiring clarification to other Respondents.
