The Hutt Valley District Health Board (HVDHB) is seeking information from the market in response to this Request for Information (RFI). The RFI provides further details about our Electronic Menu project as well as our ideal system requirements.
Interested suppliers who are able to propose solutions based on our specified requirements should consider responding with your identified solution/s, technologies and products and/or services.
Please note, this is a Request for Information (RFI) only. At this stage, HVDHB is only seeking information from the market to see what solutions can be provided. Following the review of the responses to this RFI, HVDHB will, at its sole discretion, decide whether or not to re-engage the market.
All enquires regarding this RFI must be in writing and addressed to the named representative detailed in the RFI documentation.
HVDHB will endeavour to respond in writing to any written enquires within two (2) Business Days.
Questions are encouraged and you may request that they are kept confidential providing that they are commercially sensitive. HVDHB reserves the right to provide supplementary information to all Respondents should a confidential question highlight a point requiring clarification to other Respondents.
Only RFI responses submitted electronically to the HVDHB's Procurement Inbox system will be accepted. The RFI is available via the GETs website. Interested suppliers must logon to GETs and subscribe to this RFI Notice in order to access the RFI documentation and submit a response.
