The Hutt Valley District Health Board (HVDHB) has released a Request for Information (RFI) seeking information from interested suppliers that will identify the range of solutions, technologies and products and/or services suppliers can provide in response to HVDHB's Meal Delivery System upgrade.
Please note, this is a Request for Information (RFI) only.
At this stage, HVDHB is only seeking information from the market to see what solutions can be provided and indicative costs. Following the review of the responses to this RFI, HVDHB will, at its sole discretion, will decide whether or not to re-engage the market by issuing a open-competitive tender process.
All enquires regarding this RFI must be in writing through the GETs messaging system. HVDHB will endeavour to respond in writing to any written enquires within two (2) Business Days.
Questions are encouraged and you may request that they are kept confidential providing that they are commercially sensitive. HVDHB reserves the right to provide supplementary information to all tenderers should a confidential question highlight a point requiring clarification to other tenderers.
Only RFI responses submitted electronically to the HVDHB's Procurement Inbox system will be accepted. The RFI is available via the GETs website. Interested suppliers must logon to GETs and subscribe to this RFI Notice in order to access the RFI information and submit a response.
