Further to the GETS Notice of Information (NOI), Hutt Valley District Health Board ("HVDHB") is now engaging the market seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) from Tenderers who will identify a range of products they can provide, including their capability and capacity, in response to HVDHB's Disposable Microfibre Cleaning Cloth requirements.
HVDH has a requirement to procure Disposable Microfibre Cleaning Cloths for use within its hospital which will:
a. Microbiologically clean the hospital;
b. Increase in-patient confidence that cleaning is completed at a high standard;
c. Provide HVDHB with an innovative process, leading the way in a competitive market;
d. Increase staff morale with the latest technology and more efficient way of managing infection control;
e. Provide potential savings with reduction to the costs of infections and chemical usage within HVDHB’s hospital;
f. Provide assurances with governance surrounding the supply of only ICP approved chemicals; and
g. Introduce one microfibre wipe to replace four of the current anti-bacterial wipes in operation.
Microfibre cloths which are not in-scope are:
a. Non-disposable options;
b. Chemical based solutions; and
c. Antibacterial wipes.
As a result of the ROI process, HVDHB will shortlist suppliers who have meet HVDHB's evaluation criteria. Shortlisted Tenderers will be invited to participate in a closed-competitive RFP process.
All enquires regarding this tender must be in writing through the GETs message system. HVDHB will endeavour to respond in writing to any written enquires withinin two (2) Business Days. Questions are encouraged and you may request that they are kept confidential providing that they are commercially sensitive. HVDHB reserves the right to provide supplementary information to all Tenderers should a confidential question highlight a point requiring clarification to other Tenderers.
Only ROI submissions will be accepted electronically via HVDHB's Procurement Inbox system.
HVDHB reserves the right to amend this timeframe at any stage.
