Overview
We require LiDAR data for the remainder of the Manawatū-Whanganui Region not yet captured. This overlaps with adjacent national LiDAR data in the Greater Wellington, Hawkes Bay and Waikato regions. An immediate use of the data will be for better mapping for environmental management. We require the survey to be planned to maximise ground returns under dense forest canopy in much of the area.
We are seeking one supplier to collect and deliver the survey data in 2026.
