Overview
The following Request for Proposals (RFP) documentation is an invitation to Tenderers to submit a Tender for the provision of the Ashhurst to Palmerston North public transport unit as detailed in this RFP.
These weekday term time only services will provide adequate provision for students who wish to travel from Ashhurst to Palmerston North to their respective educational facilities.
The RFP documentation has been prepared by Horizons Regional Council (the Council).
