The Health Quality & Safety Commission (the Commission) seeks proposals from interested parties (“Respondents”) to cognitively test a set of staff culture questions and subsequently run a baseline national mental healthcare staff culture survey and submit a report on the findings of the survey.
This document sets out the Commission’s procedures and requirements for proposals, which all responders should follow. Additional technical and descriptive information may be included where you wish to do so. If you are in doubt about the relevance of providing information, we advise the information should be included rather than omitted.
