The Commission is seeking a suitably skilled service provider to carry out an Outcome Evaluation of the Reducing Harm from Falls Programme (the Programme).

The Outcome Evaluation is to:
• determine whether the Programme is meeting its stated objectives and achieving its intended results.
• assist in determining what the sector needs from the Commission to support a sustained focus on reducing harm from falls across care settings.

Key questions relate to whether the Programme has made a difference and caused demonstrable effects on specifically defined target outcomes. Programme effectiveness can be measured in terms of its short, medium, or long-term impact.

The Evaluation should consider all three care settings (hospital, ARRC, primary and community care) as being ‘in-scope’.
