The Health Quality & Safety Commission is seeking a suitably skilled service provider to develop (based on an existing survey instrument) and administer a baseline survey of New Zealand surgical staff, to understand surgical team members’ perspectives on patient safety in our operating theatres. Analysis of the results is also required.
