Nōku te Ao Like Minds works to increase social inclusion and reduce stigma and discrimination for people who experience severe mental distress, prioritising those who are most affected by mental distress and who often experience multiple forms of discrimination.
We wish to engage an experienced Kaupapa Māori evaluation team led by Māori evaluators to scope, implement and deliver a kaupapa Māori monitoring and evaluation approach for the new Nōku te Ao Like Minds strategy over the next five years.
We want to engage a provider who can work in partnership with Te Hiringa Hauora / Health Promotion Agency and our external partners to collectively define what success looks like for Nōku te Ao Like Minds and to help us establish mechanisms to measure this over the life-course of the programme. It is expected that this will include both formative/process and outcome evaluation components.
