Te Hiringa Hauora/Health Promotion Agency wishes to develop an Outcomes Framework and Monitoring and Evaluation Plan. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a project that will help Te Hiringa Hauora measure our success. This will highlight our commitment to Te Tiriti and achieving equity for Māori, Pasifika and disadvantaged population groups.
The Outcomes Framework needs to be founded upon Te Tiriti, and clearly articulate what ‘success looks like’ for Te Hiringa Hauora and how we will achieve it. The Framework needs to align with our new 10-year strategy and highlight our lead role in health promotion.
The Monitoring and Evaluation Plan will help ensure that Te Hiringa Hauora collects the required information to support the Outcomes Framework.
Te Hiringa Hauora is seeking responses for one or both elements.
