Te Hiringa Hauora/Health Promotion Agency would like to undertake an impact evaluation for the following interventions:
1) The new Quit campaign (and potential vaping campaign) and associated websites;
2) New digital smoking cessation tools: the Kuini Chatbot and the My QuitBuddy app.
We want to understand the interventions’ impact on our priority groups’ quit attempts, including the reach and impact of the campaigns and efficacy of the cessation tools. Our primary priority groups are Māori and Pacific peoples for the campaigns and MyQuitBuddy app, and young Māori women for the Kuini Chatbot.
We are seeking a provider to undertake a robust impact evaluation of the above interventions. The provider needs to have a track record in quasi-experiments/Randomised Controlled Trials (RCTs) and Kaupapa Māori research approaches, as well as appropriately experienced staff.
