Overview

Te Hiringa Hauora is the name gifted to the Health Promotion Agency by the late respected kaumātua New Amsterdam (Amster) Reedy – (Ngāti Porou – Te Aitanga a Mate, Putaanga, Te Whānau a Tūwhakairiora, Ngāti Uepohatu). Te Hiringa Hauora is described as “the unrelenting pursuit of wellbeing”.

Te Hiringa Hauora/Health Promotion Agency would like to purchase a user-friendly, fit-for-purpose and integrated cloud-based Financial Management Information System (FMIS) that is rich in functionality and is particularly strong in the project, contract and budgeting and forecasting function areas.

The following pre-conditions must be met:

1. Supplier must provide a completed GCDO (NZ Government Chief Digital Officer) cloud risk assessment tool for the proposed solution.
2. Supplier must hold and maintain professional indemnity insurance with a sum insured of at least five million dollars for each claim and in the aggregate, with one automatic reinstatement of the limit. The policy must include cover for the services stated in the agreement, and be with an insurer with an S&P rating of A- or higher. Evidence of this insurance is to be provided on request.
3. The proposed solution is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering.
