This RFP relates to the delivery of The Health Promotion Agency / Te Hiringa Hauora's (HPA) support for the administration of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 (SSAA).

HPA is seeking a supplier with expertise in setting up and supporting Territorial Authorities (TAs) and their staff to develop processes and practices that meet the requirements of the SSAA legislation and support the provision of better information to the public about alcohol licensing applications, objections and appeals to enable better community participation.
