HLC is an independently governed project delivery company formed by Housing New Zealand to develop land for Crown Housing purposes.
The Tāmaki Regeneration Company (TRC) was established by the Government and Auckland Council to facilitate the regeneration of Tāmaki.
In October 2018, TRC appointed HLC as its master developer to assist it in achieving the regeneration objectives of the programme.
HLC wishes to procure the services of a consultant to undertake neighbourhood masterplanning.
The purpose of the RFP is to invite suitably qualified consultants to submit proposals to HLC with information on their skills, services, location and experience in spatial planning and redevelopment of town centres.
