Overview
HLC is an independently governed project delivery company formed by Housing New Zealand to develop land for Crown Housing purposes.
Crown agencies have been working with Ngāti Toa Rangātira (Ngāti Toa) and the Porirua City Council (PCC) to develop a 25-year project to regenerate Eastern Porirua.
HLC wishes to procure legal professional services in relation to the preparation of a Plan Change to the Porirua City District Plan, utilising the ‘Streamlined Planning Process’ (SPP), to enable the expedited delivery of HLC’s regeneration programme for Eastern Porirua.
The purpose of the RFP is to invite suitably qualified consultants to submit proposals to HLC with information on their skills, services, location and experience.
