HLC is an independently governed project delivery company formed by Housing New Zealand to develop land for Crown Housing purposes.
HLC (formerly Hobsonville Land Company) was set up in 2006 to undertake New Zealand’s largest and most complex residential project, the transformation of 167ha of ex-Defence Force land into a new community at Hobsonville Point in Auckland's North West. In November 2016, the company's mandate was extended to include other large scale housing renewal and regeneration projects.
HLC wishes to procure Quantity Surveying services. The purpose of the RFP is to invite suitably qualified consultants to submit proposals to HLC with information on their skills, services, location and experience in QS services within the wider Oranga area
