BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKS
HLC is seeking to regenerate existing State properties in Mangere West through developing existing sites to provide superlots for future build partners (Housing New Zealand and private developers).
In order to prepare the superlots for our future build partners, HLC will be delivering these works under two separate Contracts, to be progressively delivered based on the following hierarchy:
1. Building Clearance and Site Remediation (Separate Contract)
2. Civil and Infrastructure (This RFP)
The scope of this Contract is for the Civil and Infrastructure works as generally outlined below:
• Civil construction works required to service the proposed re-development of existing residential properties
The above scope is further defined within the documentation, drawings and schedules contained within this RFP package
