Overview
This RFP (Northcote - Stage 2C) provides for the construction of earthworks, sediment and erosion controls, stormwater drainage, sanitary drainage, water reticulation, road pavement construction, concrete works, landscaping, retaining walls and utility provisioning for Subdivision Stage 2C of the Northcote Development to enable procurement of Certificates of Titles for the proposed residential lots within an established residential area.
