HLC is seeking to regenerate existing State properties in Northcote through developing existing sites to provide superlots for future build partners (Housing New Zealand and private developers).
In order to prepare the superlots for our future build partners, HLC will be delivering these works under two separate Contracts, to be progressively delivered based on the following hierarchy:
1. Building Clearance and Site Remediation (This Contract)
2. Civil and Infrastructure (Separate Contract)
The scope of this Contract is for the Building Removal and Site Remediation as generally outlined below:
• Building Removal (demolition or relocation) of 47 properties (comprised of standalone and multi-unit dwellings)
• Site Specific remediation of soil contamination (site by site basis)
• Site Clearing (site by site basis)
