This ROI relates to the redevelopment of Hutt City Council’s (HCC) land of approximately 3,500 sqm located at 6-13 Daly Street. Lower Hutt.

HCC is seeking Registrations of Interest from suitably experienced, skilled and capable developers with a demonstrated record of delivering high-quality urban design outcomes, to enter into a contract arrangement to design and re-develop the site for mixed-use multi-storey building(s).
