This opportunity relates to the redevelopment of HCC’s land at Daly Street, Lower Hutt into mixed-use building(s) to create a lively new area in the heart of the city, connecting the city centre with the Promenade and Te Awa Kairangi | Hutt River.

HCC wishes to procure a suitably experienced, skilled and capable developer, with a demonstrated record of delivering high-quality urban design outcomes, to enter into a contract arrangement to design and re-develop the site for mixed-use building(s) on behalf of HCC.
