This opportunity is related to the procurement of market management and operational services for the Saturday Market in Hutt City.

Hutt City Council is seeking to procure a suitably experienced Market operator to effectively manage the Saturday market and stallholders.

The key objective of this procurement is to appoint a suitably experienced and capable market operator to plan, manage, and deliver the Saturday Market in a safe, compliant, and commercially sustainable manner across two locations:

• Riverbank Carpark from September 2026 to December 2026 (temporary location); and

• Dowse Square and Civic Precinct from January 2027 onwards (long‑term location).
