Hutt City Council is seeking Registrations of Interest from contractor consortia capable of delivering the design and construction of the City Link Bridge (CLB) an approximately 190-metre-long, 5.5-metre-wide pedestrian and cyclist bridge over the Te Awa Kairangi/Hutt River, connecting the relocated Melling Railway Station with Daly Street, Lower Hutt.

Respondents must be able to demonstrate recent experience in delivering bridge projects of similar scale and complexity with spans greater than 25 metres and show they are equipped to manage and deliver the design and construction of a structure approximately 190 metres long with up to three spans.
