Hutt City Council is seeking proposals from an online engagement platform provider that can deliver a secure, reliable, and user-friendly system enabling our community to easily share their views and participate in Council decision-making through a range of online engagement methods. The platform must be robust, accessible, and adaptable, with a strong focus on performance and continuous improvement. We are particularly interested in a provider that stays ahead of industry trends and demonstrates a clear commitment to innovation, including a transparent roadmap for how artificial intelligence is being incorporated into current and future product development. This should include practical examples of how AI may enhance engagement design, analysis, reporting, moderation, accessibility, or participant experience. Integration capability with our CRM and other core systems is a plus, and respondents should clearly outline how seamless data flows, privacy, and security will be managed.
