Hutt City Council (HCC) is seeking a strategic partner (or consortium of partners with a single prime) to deliver this comprehensive network refresh as well as ongoing service management of the network infrastructure across 34 sites, with the expectation that minor adjustments to this number may occur over the course of the contract.
The solution will encompass the following:
• Infrastructure Components:
o WAN
o LAN
o SD-WAN and MPLS (corporate and security networks)
o Firewalls
o Wi-Fi
o Switching
• Support Services Required:
o Full managed services across all connected sites
o Site upgrades and refresh
o Minimal hands-on involvement from HCC (vendor-led implementation), whilst still allowing a co-managed approach for simple tasks
o Local account management and support presence within the Hutt Valley.
