Hutt City Council (HCC, Council) is seeking a strategic partner (or consortium of partners with a single prime) to deliver a comprehensive network refresh together with ongoing service management of the network infrastructure across 34 sites currently, with potential future growth.
The required solution will encompass the following:
• Infrastructure Components:
WAN
LAN
SD-WAN and MPLS
Firewalls
Wi-Fi
Switching
• Support Services Required:
Full managed services across all connected sites
Site upgrades and refresh
Minimal hands-on involvement from HCC (vendor-led implementation), whilst still allowing a co-managed approach for simple tasks
Local account management and support presence within the Hutt Valley.
